How does the redemption of points work?

 Your 1 point = $0.01

 

We have 3 levels for our panelist and all new members start at Basic Level.

Basic Level – You can request a redemption at 2500 points.

Premium Level – You can request a redemption every 1500 points

Pro Level– You can request a redemption every 1000 points

 

Redemption Guidelines 

 

-              To process the redemption, the user's email address must be verified to submit the redemption request. They should enter the password or an OTP.

-              Each user is eligible for only one redemption per day.

-              Panelists can submit the next request, once the Panel Support Team has processed the first redemption.

 

Our Support Team will review all redemption requests to check for their authenticity before being approved.
